Orders over $50 (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) ship FREE. Orders of $50 or less (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of just $7.50. HI, AK and U.S. Territories add $6.00.

Orders over $65 (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) ship FREE in the U.S.. Orders of $65 or less (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of just $7.50. HI and AK are excluded from free shipping and will have a flat rate of $15 on all orders.

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Fragrance Market reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.

ORDER REVISIONS / CANCELLATIONS / DAMAGES:

To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please select your items carefully and check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at orders@fragrancemarket.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. You must retain the damaged items until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item we will not be able to honor the claim or be able to issue any adjustment, including credit. Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of date of shipment.
