Return Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging, within 30 days of invoice date, and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on cosmetics, hair care and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully.
All online orders must be shipped back to our warehouse. We do not accept online returns in stores.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.

Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States.

Orders over $65 (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) ship FREE in the U.S.. Orders of $65 or less (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of just $7.50.  HI and AK are excluded from free shipping and will have a flat rate of $29 on all orders.

Standard shipping typically takes about 3-5 business days to arrive.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska typically takes 15-20 business days to arrive.
To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed.

Express 2-Day Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States on select items for $14.99. Please note that we do not offer Express 2-Day Shipping to PO Boxes. See below for additional details.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) to qualify for 2-day shipping.
  • Business Days: Shipping times apply to business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Order Processing: Orders placed after the 1:00 PM EST cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Timeline: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, natural disasters, high carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control may impact estimated arrival times.
  • Shipping Availability: 2-day shipping is available for eligible addresses within the contiguous U.S.. Some rural or remote locations may experience extended delivery times. Express shipping is not available to PO Boxes. 
  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, damages, or lost/stolen packages. Delivery times are subject to the carrier’s performance and policies.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed for shipment.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases of carrier delay or missed estimated delivery.
  • Signature Requirement (if applicable): Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
